Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Kausora Connect, operated by Kausora Technologies ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.

• The Service. An AI-assisted customer engagement platform: messaging automation, lead capture, knowledge-based answers and appointment booking, provided as-is on a subscription basis.
• Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the content you upload, for having the right to message your customers on the channels you connect, and for complying with the platform policies of connected services (e.g. WhatsApp Business, Google) and with applicable law in your market.
• AI output. Assistant replies are generated automatically from your approved content. Review your configuration; we are not liable for individual AI responses.
• Acceptable use. No unlawful content, spam, or attempts to breach other tenants' data.
• Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
• Termination. Either party may terminate at any time; on termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.
